Sales Manager
Description
Our client is a leader in the agri-food industry in Quebec! Reporting to the VP Sales, the role ensures customer relationship management and collaborates in business development.
Responsibilities
- Develops sales strategies with the VP Sales and the Management Committee in order to improve sales volumes at the various customers;
- Manages existing customers and maintains volumes;
- Participates in the development of the clientele;
- Participates in various commercial events, conventions and business development activities;
- Prepares budget estimates for the finance department;
- Any other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Good communicator;
- Have interpersonal skills;
- Customer experience;
- Must have a driver’s license;
- Is also called upon to travel;
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent;
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Have excellent judgment, a lot of initiative;
- Essential analytical mind.
