Job brief
Reporting to management, the Human Resources Coordinator/Manager plays a key role in supporting managers and applying HR best practices. He or she is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the various initiatives in talent management, training, and compliance with internal policies.
Primary Responsibilities
Talent acquisition and management
- Plan and oversee the recruitment process to meet operational needs in a timely manner.
- Supporting managers in the development and evolution of their teams.
- Identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions for skills development.
- Ensure the updating and application of HR policies related to human resources planning and development.
- Implement and monitor programs related to talent management, succession planning and job evaluation.
Performance Management and HR Administration
- Lead the staff evaluation process and performance management.
- Develop and update performance evaluation tools.
- Coordinate the integration of new employees and ensure that their adaptation period runs smoothly.
- Organize and monitor evaluation meetings with stakeholders.
- Oversees training and development initiatives in collaboration with managers.
Administrative management and compliance
- Ensure the management of employee files, HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Oversee payroll, vacation, group insurance and pension plan aspects.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations (pay equity legislation, training legislation, immigration, etc.).
- Update job descriptions and manage recruitment postings on internal and external platforms.
- Organize and coordinate social activities that promote team engagement and cohesion.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in a professional or technological services environment.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals (asset).
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
