As part of your daily work, you would have to:
- Create and develop trusting relations with the hiring managers and support them in the growth of their teams.
- Lead the visibility strategy: post and update job opportunities on the best platforms and search for the talents throughout various medias.
- Conduct the full selection cycle: receive, sort, evaluate applications and conduct interviews with the hiring Managers.
- Follow up with candidates, the compensation & benefits team, prepare employment offers and coordinate negociations.
- Represent the company at recruitment events.
- Participate in other HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
- All other related tasks.

You have what it takes for this position if:
- You are a strong team player;
- You are able to adapt to a high level of pressure and simultaneous priorities;

- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a humane approach;
- You completed graduate studies in Human Resources Management;
- You have a strong experience within the full scope of Talent Acquisition.
