Position located in Quebec City

A leading technology company, recognized for its innovative software and hardware solutions, is looking for a Director of Total Rewards and Employee Experience. This strategic role aims to design, implement and optimize compensation, well-being and mobility policies in order to attract and retain talent in a competitive environment.

Your responsibilities

 

Total Compensation

  • Develop and optimize total compensation strategies (base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, recognition).
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through market analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation and pay equity regulations.
  • Advise senior management on trends and best practices.

Benefits & Wellness

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs (group insurance, pension plans, wellness initiatives).
  • Collaborate with vendors to maximize program value.
  • Develop strategies that promote the physical, financial and mental health of employees.

International mobility

  • Manage international mobility policies and processes in compliance with tax and legal requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and finance teams to ensure effective relocations aligned with the company’s strategy.

Leadership and collaboration

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and business leaders to seamlessly integrate compensation and benefits policies.
  • Participate in strategic HR initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.

Desired profile

  • Significant experience in total compensation, benefits, well-being and international mobility, including Canada and the United States.
  • Proficiency in compensation strategies and job evaluation systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and influential leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in workplace well-being.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required, given the international environment of the position.
