Vice President of Sales – National Growth

Hera Human Resources, a recruitment firm in Montreal, is looking for a Vice-President of Sales for an ambitious Quebec company aiming for pan-Canadian expansion. This senior management position reports to the President and drives the organization’s overall business strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

The VP Sales will define the long-term business vision and strategy, lead a team of Regional Directors and Representatives, and ensure the achievement of ambitious revenue targets. The person will develop new distribution channels, lead major contract negotiations and represent the company to strategic partners. The role includes managing the sales budget and analyzing sales performance by territory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, with a minimum of fifteen years of sales experience, including eight years in a management role. Experience in national market development, strategic account management skills and mobilizing leadership are essential.
