Human Resources Business Partner – Financial Sector

Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a business partner in human resources for a financial institution established in the greater Montreal area. This strategic role aims to support managers in achieving their business objectives in terms of human capital management.

Primary Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to managers and directors on all human resources issues. Responsibilities include management coaching, organizational development, performance management, succession planning and support in change processes. The person will also contribute to the development of employee retention and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations, the CHRP designation and a minimum of seven years of experience in an HR consulting role. Experience in the financial sector, HR consulting skills, and an ability to influence decision-makers are essential assets for this position.
