Job brief

The Human Resources Advisor plays an essential role in the administrative and organizational support of the HR department. He/she is responsible for managing internal communications, monitoring HR files and animating social media platforms related to human resources. In addition, he/she provides administrative support to the HR department and ensures the preparation of various reports for the head office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Write, review and disseminate internal and external communications related to human resources (e.g., announcements, memos, policy updates, etc.).
  • Manage and update employee files while ensuring their confidentiality.
  • Animate social media platforms related to HR initiatives (e.g., recruitment, well-being, employee recognition).
  • Collaborate in the updating of internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department for the management of disciplinary cases and other administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate occupational health and safety activities.
  • Participate in the organization of internal events and employee mobilization.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Prepare and transmit various reports to management.

Desired profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field.
  • Experience in administration, human resources or legal support.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel) and HR systems (e.g., HUMI).
  • Rigour, discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple files in parallel and set priorities.
  • Sense of service and team spirit.
  • Comfortable with different software and computer systems.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written (required for communication with employees located across Canada).
