Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a Human Resources Director for a fast-growing technology company in the greater Montreal area. This key position reports to the VP of Operations and is instrumental in attracting and retaining tech talent.

Primary Responsibilities

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Responsibilities include managing specialized recruitment, organizational development, developing competitive compensation programs, and creating an innovative company culture. The person will supervise a team of HR professionals and manage employee relations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations, the CHRP designation and a minimum of ten years of experience in human resources management. Experience in the technology sector, a mastery of HR business partnership issues and an innovative approach to talent acquisition are decisive assets.
