Hera Human Resources, a recruitment firm in Montreal, is looking for an Information Technology Director for a service company based in Quebec. This leadership position is responsible for the organization’s technology strategy and digital transformation.
The IT Director will define and execute the technology roadmap, oversee the IT infrastructure, manage development projects, and ensure the organization’s cybersecurity. The person will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships and drive systems modernization initiatives. The role includes managing the technology budget and supporting the company’s operations .
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, complemented by a minimum of ten years of experience in IT, including five years in management. Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT project management, and project management skills are essential for this position.
