Human Resources Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to fill an HR generalist position, combining recruitment, support for managers and employees, health and safety as well as an administrative component essential to HR management.

Main responsibilities:

HR Recruitment & Marketing

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.

• Develop attraction strategies and ensure an active presence on social media and other HR platforms.

• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening the employer brand.

Support for managers and employees

• Advise managers in the application of HR policies and the management of their teams.

• Answer employees’ questions and support them in their HR efforts.

• Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and mobilizing work climate.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

• Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of OHS initiatives.

• Participate in accident investigations, corrective actions and prevention training.

• Ensure the follow-up of legal obligations in terms of OSH.

HR Administration and Management

• Draft various HR documents: disciplinary letters, notices, salary increases, internal policies, etc.

• Follow up on employee files and administrative processes related to human resources.

• Produce and analyze various HR reports.

Profile sought:

• Training in human resources management or related field.

• Relevant experience in a generalist role in HR.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.

• Mastery of technological tools and HR software.

• Knowledge of labour laws and OHS practices.

• Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and dynamism.
