HRIS Specialist

Job Summary
The company is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support operational excellence within the Human Resources function. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing HR systems, driving process improvements, and providing technical and functional support to end users. Working closely with internal teams, this individual will help maximize the efficiency and performance of HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and administer HR systems in alignment with company policies and business processes.

Identify business needs and lead initiatives to improve HR processes and system performance.

Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of new HR modules or systems.

Develop and maintain documentation related to processes and procedures.

Analyze system or data-related issues and propose effective solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical and functional guidance to internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR system maintenance, configuration, and implementation.

Hands-on experience with UKG PRO, WFM, or ServiceNow (strong asset).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Proven experience in project management.

Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
