Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for a company in the distribution sector. This versatile role is ideal for an HR professional wishing to evolve in an environment where operational management of human resources is at the heart of priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative management of employee files, the coordination of the recruitment process, the organization of training and the monitoring of employee benefit programs. The person will also provide support to managers on labour relations issues and participate in the implementation of the company’s HR policies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or a related discipline, with two to four years of experience in HR coordination. Mastery of HRIS systems, knowledge of labor standards, and payroll management skills are important assets for this position.
