You will participate in the full recruitment cycle for the different business units of the company and for various positions. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that will benefit our employer brand through the various communication channels aimed at attracting the best candidates. Role and Responsibilities
Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for any type of position within the company, including internal movements, while developing innovative talent attraction strategies. Represent the company to find the best talent in the industry (partnerships with educational institutions, career fairs, networking events, external partners, etc.)
Build and maintain pools of potential candidates through various sourcing methods and be on the lookout for the reality of the market for the company’s job profiles. Develop alliances with external partners in order to diversify our methods of attracting candidates. Advise/influence managers in the search for talent (understand the need, coach good interview practices, etc.)
Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes related to talent acquisition as well as to the improvement of the cycle time of the recruitment process. Foster the candidate experience and contribute to the evolution of the employer brand as well as promote it. Skills and knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, combined with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment. Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, to communicate with employees and/or external vendors. Excellent interpersonal skills – customer focus. Creative spirit and curiosity for new trends. Knowledge of various job posting software, LinkedIn Recruiter and Application Management System (ATS) (asset). Experience and competence in Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset). Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong sense of planning and process optimization. Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates initiative and ability to find creative solutions to problems. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint (Intranet). Knowledge of graphic editing software such as Photoshop is an asset. CHRP designation is an asset.
