The role:
The Business Development Director plays a key role in the acquisition of major accounts for the Group. He/She develops strategies, plans and organizes targeted actions according to the specific needs of customers. By identifying and seizing opportunities, he/she recommends approaches aligned with the company’s growth objectives. The Director also ensures the development and maintenance of relationships with existing clients, while proposing innovative ideas to strengthen and sustain these collaborations. Achieving and exceeding growth targets is at the heart of its priorities, in line with expectations.

Job Requirements:
- Training in business administration, sales, or marketing, or equivalent experience;
- 10 years or more of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in the Office365 suite;
- French is mandatory (English, an asset);
- Driver’s license required.
