A well-established company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Advisor to lead and optimize its compensation and benefits programs on both a national and international scale. Reporting to the HR team, the selected candidate will play a key strategic role in managing compensation frameworks, job evaluations, benefits programs, and ensuring pay equity compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, manage, and enhance total rewards programs (base salary, incentives, benefits, etc.).

• Advise managers and HR on compensation and benefits policies and practices.

• Lead the annual salary review and bonus process.

• Conduct job evaluations and maintain up-to-date salary structures.

• Ensure compliance with Pay Equity legislation and oversee the 2026 maintenance process.

• Manage renewals and administration of group insurance and retirement plans.

• Perform market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness.

• Contribute to special projects related to incentive alignment and continuous improvement of total rewards.

• Develop and deliver training sessions to HR and people leaders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits.

• Bilingual (French and English).

• Strong experience with job evaluation, market benchmarking, and variable compensation.

• In-depth knowledge of group benefits and retirement plans.

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Highly autonomous, organized, and discreet when handling sensitive information.

• Solid understanding of labor laws and pay equity regulations.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
