National Sales Manager – Filled
Description
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the company’s overall sales strategy, its execution and the achievement of corporate objectives for the commercial division of our client, a Quebec leader in cosmetics and beauty care. As part of his duties, the National Sales Manager also plays a key role in business development, export strategy and digital sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Define the sales strategy: Quebec, ROC, US, international and digital by ensuring profitable growth. · Define the strategy on a product-by-customer basis, taking into account market opportunities, customer needs and profitability. · Work with external partners to ensure sales development. · Implement the necessary actions to optimize, adjust or redress sales. · Represent the company at trade shows and ensure the implementation of the right visibility for the brand.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to work with objectives and measures of success · Attendance at the office according to the employment contract · Travel abroad such as Quebec, Canada, US or others depending on the meetings to be organized · University degree in Marketing (Minimum Bachelor’s degree) · Experience in supervising and managing major sales projects · Fluently bilingual (French/English) · Great ability to manage deadlines and prioritize requests · Customer focus and sense of commercial and financial responsibility · Managerial skills · Rigor: Execution of tasks with precision and attention to detail · Analysis and project management skills · Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent relationships at work
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Starting at $100,000.00 per year
