Project Manager – Construction Sector

Hera Human Resources, a recruitment firm in Montreal, is looking for a Project Manager for a construction company based in Quebec. This position is responsible for the complete management of large-scale projects, from planning to delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager will plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of assigned projects. The person will manage budgets, schedules and resources, coordinate with subcontractors and professionals, and ensure that quality and safety standards are met. The role includes risk management, site problem solving, and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of five years of experience in construction project management. PMP certification is an important asset. Skills in estimating, operations management and knowledge of Quebec construction standards are essential.
