Summary

The person sought recruits for the Montreal centres and head office.

It offers innovative proactive ideas to build the pool of candidates and fill vacancies as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in the recruitment stages of the positions to be filled;
• Develops the employer brand with the community’s partnerships in recruitment;
• Updates job boards and social media;
• Proposes innovative attraction and selection strategies, including sourcing and sourcing talent;
• Develops organization-specific recruitment strategies;
• Works closely with the Human Resources team and managers on recruitment;
• Creates and updates performance indicator monitoring reports;
• Collaborates with colleagues and other departments on special projects or ad hoc files;
• May have to play a coaching role by providing advice and support to managers in the human resources aspects.

Requirements

• University training in an appropriate discipline;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment in an agency and/or as a recruiter;
• Have excellent written and professional communication skills and ability to write correspondence in both official languages (French/English);
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, social media;
• A high level of confidentiality, ethical sense and empathy;
• A good knowledge of the community environment and its realities;
