Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, carried out this mandate for an organization offering community services across Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario. The position of Talent Acquisition Advisor was responsible for recruitment for the various centres as well as for the Montreal head office.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent was responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from the drafting of job postings to the integration of new employees. Responsibilities included developing innovative and proactive strategies to build strong candidate pools and fill vacancies in a timely manner. The person also participated in selection interviews and reference checks.

The role included working with hiring managers to define desired profiles, developing partnerships with educational institutions and employment organizations, and participating in career fairs. The advisor contributed to the strengthening of the employer brand and the continuous improvement of human resources management practices.

Qualifications sought

The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or a related discipline, with relevant experience in volume recruitment. French-English bilingualism, a mastery of digital recruitment tools and HR business partnership skills were decisive assets for this position.
