BC Human Resources Inc., a headhunting firm, is experiencing strong and sustained growth. As such, it is looking to expand its team by hiring Business Development Representatives across Canada to better serve its clients.

Our team provides comprehensive support and training so that you can work from home and manage your own client base independently.

We are currently looking for three Business Development Consultants to cover the following sectors: human resources, production, administration, accounting, and logistics.

Your main responsibilities

  • As a Business Developer, you will collaborate within a dynamic team to help grow the projects assigned to you and build your own client portfolio.
  • You will work independently in both prospecting new clients and identifying recruitment mandates and HR consulting opportunities.
  • You will take ownership of your career by developing your own personal and professional growth plan.
  • Your ability to attract and retain clients through long-term relationships will give you a strong competitive advantage in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Your benefits

  • One of the most competitive commission-based compensation structures on the market.
  • Our consultants can easily earn between $80,000 and $100,000 in their first year.

Your profile

  • Experience in human resources, sales, or business development.
  • Good knowledge of the job market: companies, brands, roles, and industry sectors.
  • Strong sales skills and business acumen to develop a loyal client base.
  • Results-driven, persistent, creative, and persuasive.
  • Proficient with modern computer tools and social media platforms.
  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (an asset).
  • Bilingual (English and French).
