Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, was growing rapidly and wanted to integrate business development consultants to serve its clientele across Canada. This telecommuting position was designed for human resources professionals who wanted to work on their own with the full support of an established firm.
The consultant’s mandate was to develop a corporate clientele and manage executive search mandates in various sectors of activity. Responsibilities included prospecting for new clients, analyzing human resources needs, sourcing and evaluating executive-level candidates, and strategic talent management consulting.
The role offered complete autonomy in managing its client portfolio, while benefiting from extensive training and ongoing support from the team. The consultant was involved in the development of the firm’s brand and contributed to the expansion of its professional network on a national scale.
The ideal candidate was a human resources or recruitment specialist with an established professional network and experience in business development. Knowledge of the Canadian job market, HR consulting skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit were essential to excel in this role.
