Production Manager – Pharmaceutical Sector

Hera Human Resources, a recruitment firm in Montreal, is looking for a Production Manager for a pharmaceutical company located in the greater Montreal area. This key position is responsible for the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations.

Primary Responsibilities

The Production Manager will supervise the manufacturing and packaging teams, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and optimize production processes to meet volume and quality objectives. The person will manage production budgets, lead continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with Health Canada regulatory standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, pharmacy or a related discipline, with a minimum of eight years of experience in pharmaceutical production management. Knowledge of GMP standards, Health Canada regulations, and operations management skills are essential for this position.
