The Sales Manager will develop and execute the business strategy to achieve growth objectives. The person will lead a team of representatives, develop new markets, negotiate major deals and analyze sales performance. The role includes managing sales forecasts, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with marketing to optimize lead generation.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in administration or marketing, complemented by a minimum of eight years of experience in B2B sales, including five years in team management. Major account management skills, mobilizing leadership and knowledge of the Canadian market are essential.
