A well-established family-owned company specializing in snow removal, excavation, transportation, and landscaping is looking to hire a Sales Director to support its growth. This strategic role aims to maximize revenue, structure the sales team, and strengthen the company’s presence among major retail chains and key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales, marketing, and growth strategies.

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitive activity.

• Supervise the sales team, assign territories, and track performance.

• Build sales forecasts and monitor performance indicators.

• Grow and retain key accounts, including during the off-season.

• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.

• Define customer service standards and ensure they are upheld.

Profile:

• Degree in business administration or equivalent experience.

• 5–10 years of experience in sales management, ideally in retail (perishable goods, horticulture, landscaping, or similar).

• Proven leadership, results-oriented, with strong planning, coaching, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient with tools like EDI, MS Office, Retail Link, online sales platforms, and social media.

• Bilingual (French and English); Spanish is an asset.

• Willingness to travel occasionally and full availability during peak season.
