Hera Human Resources, a recruitment firm in Montreal, is looking for a Human Resources Advisor for a fast-growing Quebec SME. This versatile position offers the opportunity to touch on all aspects of human resources management in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting managers in the day-to-day management of their teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and onboarding new employees, managing labor relations, administering benefits, and developing HR policies. The person will also participate in the improvement of performance management processes and the organization of mobilization activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training, along with three to five years of experience as an HR generalist. The CHRP designation is an asset. Knowledge of Quebec labour standards, HR coordination skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
