Marketing Manager – Retail

Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a Marketing Director for a retail company expanding in Quebec. This strategic position is responsible for all of the brand’s marketing and communication activities.

Primary Responsibilities

The Marketing Director will develop and drive the omnichannel marketing strategy, manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, and oversee brand positioning. The person will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage marketing budgets, and analyze the performance of initiatives to optimize ROI. The role includes managing strategic partnerships and collaborating with sales teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, complemented by a minimum of eight years of experience in marketing, including five years in team management. Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and advanced analytical skills are essential. Experience in developing customer accounts is an asset.
