Hera Human Resources, an executive search firm in Montreal, is looking for a CFO for a growing manufacturing company. This senior management position reports to the President and is responsible for the overall financial health of the organization.
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, budget planning and internal control. The person will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, financial forecasts, cash flow management and relations with financial institutions. The role also includes profitability analysis, support for investment decisions, and tax compliance.
The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, complemented by a minimum of ten years of experience in financial management, including five years in a management role. Experience in a manufacturing environment, financial control skills and a strategic vision are essential for this position.
