General Manager – Manufacturing Division

Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a General Manager for the manufacturing division of a Quebec industrial group. This senior management position is responsible for the overall performance of the division, including operations, sales, finance and human resources.

Primary Responsibilities

The Executive Director will define the division’s business strategy, lead the achievement of financial objectives and oversee all functions. The person will lead the management committee, develop new markets, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a culture of operational excellence. The role includes representing the division on the board of directors and collaborating with the other divisions of the group.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in administration, complemented by a minimum of fifteen years of management experience, including ten in general management roles. Manufacturing experience, operations management skills, and entrepreneurial leadership are essential for this position.
