Supply Chain Manager

Hera Human Resources, headhunters in Montreal, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager for a major manufacturing company. This strategic position is responsible for the integration and optimization of all links in the chain, from purchasing to final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

The incumbent will manage demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and strategic supplier relations. The person will develop procurement strategies to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and ensure chain resilience. The role includes managing multidisciplinary teams and working closely with production and sales.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management or logistics, complemented by a minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain management. CSCP or CPIM certification, expertise in supplier negotiation and procurement management skills are essential.
