You’ll have the opportunity to join a Human Resources team of about thirty professionals and play a key role within one of the largest employers in Quebec’s pharmaceutical sector.
As the HR Systems and Employee Service Center Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence by overseeing HR systems and employee service delivery. You’ll use technology and process improvement to solve business challenges while leading a team composed of one HRIS Specialist and two HR Coordinators.
Lead the team to ensure data quality and provide excellent employee service.
Maintain strong data governance and integrity within the HR system.
Collaborate proactively with HR Partners to identify needs and develop technological solutions.
Document and optimize operational procedures (SOPs).
Produce key HR metrics and handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
Act as the main point of contact with HR technology vendors and coordinate system updates or improvements.
Work closely with the IT team on ongoing and future HR technology projects.
Oversee system implementation initiatives.
Ensure employee requests are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Provide training to HR staff and employees on processes and HR technologies.
Support and guide the professional development of team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in people management.
Proven experience implementing and managing HR systems and employee service centers (experience with UKG PRO, WFM, or ServiceNow is an asset).
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices in continuous improvement.
