Job Description: Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation and reliability of equipment, systems and infrastructure. This role is crucial to ensure business continuity and minimize unexpected downtime.

Main functions:

  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Manage maintenance operations, including budget, purchase of equipment and materials, and management of subcontractors.
  • Evaluate equipment performance, identify potential problems and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and develop the maintenance team, including training and skills development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize impact on operations.
