Vice-President, Finance – Growing Business

Hera Human Resources, an executive search firm in Montreal, is looking for a Vice-President of Finance for a fast-growing Quebec company. This senior leadership position reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Committee to guide the organization’s strategic decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

The VP Finance will oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, taxation, financial planning and controlling. The person will lead budget processes, business cases, investor relations and financial institutions. The role also includes support for acquisitions, financial structuring and oversight of the financial leadership team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation and an MBA or master’s degree in finance, complemented by a minimum of fifteen years of experience, including eight years in a finance leadership role. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, advanced financial control skills and strategic vision are essential.
