Responsibilities:

  • Recruit administrative, engineering, and warehouse staff;
  • Support and guide managers in their recruitment needs;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to divisional managers;
  • Promote and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent;
  • Manage social media and HR marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations;
  • 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience;
  • Experience in an agency setting – a strong asset;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Strong creativity and communication skills.
